"Flo's Friends care for my Aunt who wants to remain at home even though her health is deteriorating.
She has a small team of four caring, capable ladies ensuring continuity of care. They share jokes with her while addressing all of her needs, helping to alleviate loneliness and break up her day.
Communication with Amy (manager) and her carers is excellent. As a need arises any requests for additional help are quickly implemented. I'm informed of any changes in her condition as soon as it occurs.
I have complete peace of mind regarding my Aunt's care, it is first class. I cannot recommend Flo's friends enough as a care provider."

After quite a while deliberating about having carers to help with my 93 year old mum, but trying to cope, I contacted Amy at Flos Friends just to ask questions and test the water. It felt like I was getting signs from other people who had recommended them. I was immediately put at ease by Amy who didn't push or seem bothered about my 1001 questions. When we met, I felt confident that my mum would be properly cared for. 10 weeks in and I still have that confidence. Nothing is too mum trouble and Amy or Lucy always get back to you in a timely manner, even late in the day or weekends. All the ladies are lovely and mum has warmed to them going even though initially she 'didn't need them'!!!!!! She did and now i don't know how we managed without them. Everyone is great but Maria keeps standing out and today went above and beyond which meant a lot. Thank you everyone and I would highly recommend you all.
