Our Aim
The aim of Flo’s Friends is to provide a professional yet friendly service meeting the needs of numerous types of social care. We do this primarily by the provision of care and support workers to individuals within the community.
Supporting Your Needs
We at Flo’s Friends realise that not only does each individual service user have their own, very precise needs, but that these needs are constantly changing. With this in mind, we intend to keep our business on a small, local level to ensure a continuity of care and service is offered to ALL of our service users at ALL times.
About Our Staff
Staff training is a very important and necessary part of our business as care providers. It is our policy that ALL staff are trained to at least NVQ Level3 Health and Social Care standard and participate in yearly refresher courses. Alongside this we ask for regular feedback about our staff from those receiving our service and carry out supervisions at regular intervals.
Confidentiality
Here at Flo’s Friends we operate a strict code of conduct regarding confidentiality which adheres to current government guidelines. You can feel rest assured that any personal details are only shared on a ‘need to know’ basis and are kept secure at all times. Any breeches in confidentiality are taken extremely seriously and are dealt with immediately.
